Sales Enablement, at it’s core, is about behavior change. While enablement professionals have access to decades of relevant theory and practical research findings, I’ve found little of it is leveraged in the development of enablement programs.
And that’s a big miss.
I think it’s one of the main reasons so many corporate training programs fail.
